| 摘 要： | 目的分析住院糖尿病患者的死因,为糖尿病的防治提供依据。方法对2004-2010年79例住院死亡糖尿病患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,统计患者的病死率及死亡原因。结果本院该时段住院糖尿病患者病死率为3.11%(79/2 543),死亡原因中肿瘤性死亡占35.44%(28/79),主要疾病为胰腺癌、肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、胆囊癌、肝癌等,其次为心脑血管疾病(二者合并)占22.78%(18/79),肾功能衰竭死亡占18.99%(15/79),感染占15.19%(12/79)。结论肿瘤是住院糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因,对糖尿病患者及早预防、控制是防止肿瘤发生的重要手段。
