| 摘 要： | 目的研究2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素水平,以及瘦素与临床指标的相关性。方法对80例2型糖尿病患者和155例健康体检者进行了对比,测定受试者的身高、体重、腰围、臀围、收缩压、舒张压,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血糖水平、采用酶法测定甘油三酯等指标,同时采用ELISA测定系统测定受试者的血清瘦素水平,进行t检验和直线相关分析。结果两组间血清瘦素水平没有显著性差异(P>0.05),两组中肥胖者的瘦素水平均明显高于非肥胖者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥胖2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素水平与BMI、臀围具有相关性(P<0.05),与血压无相关性(P>0.05)。结论血清瘦素水平与肥胖直接相关,提示瘦素参与肥胖过程。
