摘    要:教学团队的建设是建立有效合作机制、提高教学质量的有力保证,是教育部在高等学校中实施本科教学质量与教学改革工程的一项重要举措.阐述了病理生理学教学团队基于课程群建设的意义,根据实际情况探讨了团队的组成、建设策略、评估激励机制及建设成效.

Abstract:Construction of teaching team is a forceful guarantee to establish the effective cooperative mechanism and improve the quality of teaching,and an important measure taken by the department of education when they put quality and reform engineering in teaching of practice in colleges and universities.Based on construction of course group concept,this article demonstrates the aim of teaching team of pathophysiology by discussing its form,construction strategy,incentive mechanism.
