| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急、慢性阑尾炎超声表现与病理分型的关系。方法采用探头频率为3.5 MHz和10L MHz的多普勒超声仪,对延安大学附属医院普外科2010-05～2011-04收治的97例手术后病理证实为阑尾炎的声像图特征进行分析,并与病理结果进行对照。结果超声诊断阑尾炎准确率为91.7%(89/97),病理分型的符合率为:急性单纯性阑尾炎80.0%(16/20);急性化脓性阑尾炎100%(56/56);急性坏疽性阑尾炎并阑尾周围脓肿100%(3/3);慢性阑尾炎77.8%(14/18)。结论超声诊断阑尾炎与病理分型有较高的符合率,可为临床选择治疗方案,正确把握手术时机提供可靠的依据。
