中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻32例报告

目的：探讨中西医结合方法在腹部手术后早期炎症性肠梗阻治疗中的价值。方法：回顾性分析32例术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的临床特征,在肠梗阻一般治疗的同时辅以中药治疗。结果：32例患者经胃肠减压、抗炎,应用生长抑素、肾上腺皮质激素、全胃肠外营养并结合中药等治疗,全部病例均治愈,平均治疗时间为14天,无1例发生肠坏死。结论：术后早期炎症肠梗阻采用中西医结合的方法保守治疗是有效的。

Treatment in Early Postoperative Inflammatory Small Bowel Obstruction with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine(With 32cases)

Objective: To evaluate the value of the treatment with the combination of TCM and Western medicine for early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO).Methods: Retrospectively analyze the clinical features of EPISBO in 32 cases ,use the common treatment of intestinal obstruction supplemented by TCM.Results: 32 patients have been treated by decompression,anti-inflammation,Somatostain,adrenal cortex hormone ,total parenteral nutrition and TCM treatment jointly,etc.All of them were cured with 14 days of treatment time in average without any intestinal necrosis.Conclusion: It’s effective to use the combination of TCM and Western medicine to have a conservative therapy for the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO).
