大学生面临挫折现状及应对情况的调查研究

目的：了解大学生面临挫折现状和应对情况，为采取干预提供依据。方法：对不同医学专业新人学大学生采用标准化问卷方式进行调查。结果：①生活事件发生频度为12．44，应激程度为26．59；不同专业比较，受惩罚和丧失因子差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。男生生活事件发生频度、应激程度、人际关系和其他因子应激程度高于女生；②不同专业大学生的应对方式基本相同（均P〉0．05），以解决问题、求助为主。女生更多采取求助方式；男生更多采取合理化方式；③不同专业、不同性别大学生领悟社会支持的情况基本相同（均P〉0．05）；①抑郁发生率35．75％，不同专业间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；焦虑发生率13．47％。结论：当前大学生面临挫折的现状和应对情况不容乐观，应积极采取干预措施。

#STUDY ON UNDERGRADUATE IN FACE OF FRUSTRATION STATUS AND COPING STYLE

Objective:To investigate undergraduates in face of frustration and their way to cope with the probloms, and to providea basis for prevention.Methods:College freshmen of different specialities in the medical university were evaluated with Adolescent Self-Rating Life Event Check List (ASLEC),Problem-solving Questionnaire (CSQ), Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS).Result:(1) Occurrence frequency of life event was 12.44, stress degree was 26.59; significant differences were found in genes of being punished and loss of undergraduate in different speciality (all P<0.05). Occurrence frequency of life event, stress degree, genes of human relations and rest for schoolboys were higher than that for schoolgirls. (2)Problem-solving Style of undergraduate in different speciality was basically the same (all P>0.05), giving priority to solving question and recourse. Schoolgirls were better at adopting recourse, but schoolboys better at rationalization. (3) Perceived social support of undergraduate in different speciality and different sex was basically similar (all P>0.05).(4)Occurrence rate of depression was 35.31%,and significant difference was found in different speciality undergraduates (P<0.05).Occurrence rate of anxiety was 14.54%.Conclusion:Currently, state of undergraduates in face of frustration and problem-solving style is not optimistic, and preventiive measures shall be adopted actively.
