| 摘 要： | 目的：建立四物胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。以Kromasail C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱，甲醇-异丙醇-醋酸-水系统（25：2：2：71）为流动相，检测波长为230nm，流速为1．0ml／min，柱温35℃。结果：芍药苷在0．288-2．880mg／ml浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999（n=5）；平均加样回收率为98.32％（n=9），RSD=O．96％。结论：本法简便、快捷、准确，可用于四物胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Siwu Capsules.Methods：The Kromasail C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used;the methanol-dimethylcarbinol-acetic acid-water （25：2： 2：71） as mobile phase ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Results：The liner range was 0.288-2.880 mg/ml, r=0.999 9（n=5）,the average recovery was 98.32% （n=9）,RSD=O.96%.Conclusion：This method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Siwu Capsules is accurate and quick with good reproducibility. |
