临床护士健康教育能力培训的方法与效果

目的 为了增强全院护士的健康教育意识，提高护士的健康教育能力，使护士能在住院全过程都按病人的需求实，施科学的健康教育，提高病人的住院适应能力和自我保健能力。方法 制定培训计划．采取集体讲课、影像教学、临床护理查房、现场指导．知识竞赛、文字宣传等多种形式对护十进行培训。结果 全院护士的健康教育意识明显增强，能力得到大幅度提高。理论、实践测试成绩平均分91．9分，96．0％的护理人员达标(75分以上)；病人对护士的满意度南培训前的年平均92．1％提高到培训后的年平均98．3％。结论 我院对护十进行的健康教育能力培训收到了良好的效果，方法具有可行性和推广性。

The methods and effects of training the nurse''''s ability in health education

Objective To enhance the nurse'awareness and ability in health education so that they can carry out health education on patients through their hospitalization to increase the patient'adaptability to hospitalization and ability in self care. Methods The training plan made, the nurses were trained using the forms of collective attendance of class, imaging teaching, round-up for clinical nursing, on-the-spot instruction, knowledge contest, literal propaganda. Results The nurse'awareness of health education was strengthened obviously, thus their ability in performing health education greatly improved. The average scores for theoretical and practical exams reached 91.9 and 96% of the nurses reached the requirements (more than 75 scores). The annual average satisfaction rate was raised from 92.1% before training to 98.3% after training. Conclusion The training on nurses in our hospital obtained good effects, the methods feasible and worth popularization.
