| 摘 要： | 目的观察清热利肺汤对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变性和甲襞微循环的影响。方法将60例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者随机分为2组,中药治疗组(中药组)在常规治疗基础上加用清热利肺汤,常规对照组(对照组)给予常规治疗。治疗前后进行血液流变学指标和甲襞微循环检查。结果中药组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉指标治疗后较治疗前明显降低,红细胞压积升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后中药组甲襞微循环血流状态积分、襻周积分、总积分分值与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论清热利肺汤能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变性和甲襞微循环的异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Qingrelifei decoction on hemorrheology and nail bed in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Sixty cases of COPD were divided into 2 groups randomly, the treatment group was 30 cases and the control was 30 cases.
