健康教育在高血压患者中的应用效果

目的:观察健康教育在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取86例高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组接受常规门诊指导,观察组组接受健康教育。比较两组护理前后简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)各维度评分,以及护理后的服药依从率。结果:护理前,两组SF-36量表各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SF-36量表各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服药依从率为95.3%(41/43),高于对照组的81.4%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育应用于高血压患者可提高生命质量评分和服药依从率,优于常规门诊指导效果。

Application effects of health education on patients with hypertension

Objective:To observe application effects of health education on patients with hypertension.Methods:86 patients with hypertension were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine outpatient guidance,while the observation group was given the health education.The scores of each dimension of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)before and after the nursing and the medication compliance rate after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of each dimension of SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after the nursing,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 scale in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.3%(41/43),which was higher than 81.4%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Health education for the patients with hypertension can improve the quality of life score and the medication compliance rate.Moreover,it is superior to routine outpatient guidance.
