补肾调经汤辅助治疗肾阴亏虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者的效果

目的:观察补肾调经汤辅助治疗肾阴亏虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月至2020年6月该院收治的80例肾阴亏虚型PCOS不孕症患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同将其分为对照组41例和观察组39例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用补肾调经汤辅助治疗,比较两组治疗前后性激素水平和卵巢功能。结果:治疗后,观察组促黄体生成素、雌二醇和睾酮水平低于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组,直径2~8 mm的卵泡数量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上采用补肾调经汤辅助治疗肾阴亏虚型PCOS不孕症患者可降低性激素水平,改善卵巢功能,效果优于单纯常规药物治疗。

Effects of Bushen Tiaojing decoction in adjuvant treatment of kidney yin deficiency type-PCOS and infertility

Objective:To observe effects of Bushen Tiaojing decoction in adjuvant treatment of kidney yin deficiency type-polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with kidney yin deficiency type-PCOS and infertility from June 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(39 cases).The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The levels of sex hormones and ovarian function were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol and testosterone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the ovarian volume was smaller than that in the control group;the number of follicles with a diameter of 2-8 mm was less than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional drug treatment,Bushen Tiaojing decoction can reduce the levels of sex hormones and improve the ovarian function in the adjuvant treatment of kidney yin deficiency type-PCOS and infertility.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional drug treatment.
