恶性肿瘤骨转移全身显像分析(附1293例报告)

目的探讨99mTc-亚甲基二膦酸盐(MDP)全身骨显像对骨转移瘤的诊断价值。方法对1293例恶性肿瘤病人99mTc-MDP全身骨显像病人进行回顾性分析。结果603例检出骨转移瘤,阳性率46.6%,其中全身骨转移433例(71.8%),2处转移142例(23.5%),1处转移28例(4.7%);骨转移瘤常见部位:脊柱72%、肋骨68.7%、骨盆45.8%、头颅43.1%;骨转移瘤在脊柱的分布胸椎最多56.2%,其次为腰椎35.8%、骶椎22.9%,颈椎14.7%最少。结论99mTc-MDP全身骨显像诊断骨转移敏感性高,可将其作为诊断骨转移瘤的常规方法。

Analysis of 99mTc-MDP bone scans of malignant tumor metastases in 1293 cases

Objective To evaluate the value of 99mTc-methylene-diphosphate(MDP) bone scans on the diagnosis of bone metastases.Methods According to the routine processes,99mTc-MDP bone images of the whole body were acquired.Results 603 bone metastases were found in 1293 malignant tumor cases,positive rate was 46.6%;Multiple bone metastases were found in 433 cases(71.8%),two bone metastases in 142 cases(23.5%),single bone metastases in 28 cases(4.7%);the familiar position of bone metastases were in the spine(72%)、ribs(68.7%)、pelvis(45.8%)、skull(43.1%).Conclusion The sensitive of 99mTc-MDP bone imaging is high in early detection of bone malignant tumor metastases,it should be used as a routine and examining method.
