卡维地洛治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的：评价国产卡维地洛治疗原发性轻、中度高血压的降压疗效和安全性。方法：60例轻、中度高血压患者经过停药1周，2周安慰剂清洗期后，口服卡维地洛片10mg／d，每2周增加剂量10mg／d，直到10周结束观察。结果：60例患者服药2周末收缩压、舒张压即明显下降，治疗10周末平均剂量为20mg／d，收缩压降低15．4mmHg，舒张压降低13．1mmHg；总有效率为83．1％，总显效率为63．3％。不良反应主要有头晕(4％)、头痛(6％)、乏力(1％)、心动过速(2％)。结论：卡维地洛治疗轻、中度原发性高血压疗效确切、安全。

THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF CARVEDILOL IN MILD TO MODERATE ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of carvedilol in mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods:Sixty essential hypertensive patients were involved in the 10 week study.After taking placebo for 2 weeks,all the patients were given carvedilol 10 mg,qd.The dose increased by 10 mg/d every two weeks until up to 40 mg/d.Results:At the end of the second week,the blood pressure decreased significantly.The average dosage was 20 mg qd at the end of the 10th week.Systolic blood pressure decreased by 15 4 mmHg,and diastolic blood pressure by 13 1 mmHg.The total effective rate was 83 3%.The adverse reactions were dizziness(4%),headache(6%),asthenia(1%),and tachycardia(2%).Conclusion:Carvidilol is a safe and effective drug for treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension.
