摘    要:目的:探讨无色素性恶性黑色素瘤中HMB45和S--100的表达及其意义。方法:应用HMB45,S--100,Vimentin,NSE,Keratin,LCA,HHF45系列抗体对31例无色素性恶性黑色素瘤进行SP法免疫组织化学方法检测和分析。结果:3l例瘤组织中HMB45阳性率96.8%(30/31),S--100 80.6%(25/31),Vimentinl00%(31/31),而NSE,Keratin,LCA,HHF35均呈阴性。结论:无色素型恶性黑色素瘤组织中HMB45阳性表达率高,免疫标记有助于无色素性病例的确诊和鉴别诊断。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions of HMB45 and S-100 as well as their significances in amelanotic malignant melanoma (AMM). Methods A series of antibodies including HMB45, S-100, Vimentin, NSE,Keratin, LCA, HHF35 were used on paraffin sections in 31 cases of AMM by SP immunohistochemical methods. Result Positive rates of HMB45, S-100, Vimentin staining were 96.8%(30/31), 80.6%(25/31), 100%(31/31) respectively, while none showed immunoreactivity with NSE, Keratin, LCA, HHF35. Conclusion HMB45 may be a specific marker for AMM. Inmunohistochemistry is a good help for its confirmed diagnosis and differentiation.
