金属烤瓷修复体临床制作问题的分析

目的：探讨金属烤瓷修复体在制作中出现的问题及补救措施，如何提高金属烤瓷修复工艺的技术问题。方法：选择近4年制作的230例，共260件金属烤瓷修复体，记录在制作中出现的问题，结果：铸造缺陷4件，占1．54％，瓷裂5件，占1．92％，气泡9件，占3．46％，色泽不协调8件，占3．1％，结论：金属烤瓷修复体的制作是一人复杂而细致的过程，其中任何一个环节的失误都可能导致修复体的失败，因此在制作时提高熟练程度，每一步都严格遵循操作规程，才能获得最好的修复效果。

Clinical experience of making the porcelain fused to metal restoration

Objective: To investigate the problem and remedy of making the PFM restoration. How to improve the skillof PFM restoration technology. Method: 260 PFM restoration were made for 230 cases, the making guestion of PFMrestoration were recorded for 4 years. Results: 4 cases (1.54%) of cast defect, 5 cases (1.92%) of fracture porcelain, 9cases (3.46%) of air bubble, 8 cases (3.1%) of unsatisfied with color. Conclusion: In the course of the manufacture ofPFM restoration are complicated and careful. Every step fault would lead to failure of PFM restoration. Therefore, thesuccess of PFM restoration depends on an improvement of making skills, a strict follow of operating regulations.
