摘    要:目的观察大鼠脑缺血后一氧化氮(NO)、兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,探讨们之间的关系。方法将动物分为假手术组和缺血组后,通过高效液相色谱或硝酸还原酶法测定脑组织EAA、NOMDA的含量。结果缺血后兴奋性氨基酸含量较假手术组显著增高,以谷氨酸最为明显(P<0.01)。NO和MDA量与假手术组比较也有显著增高(P<0.01)。结论脑缺血再灌注后EAA、NO和MDA含量显著增高,引起缺血的脑组织损伤,EAA、NO和MDA之间可能存在一种相互促进的关系。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of NO, EAA and MDA level of the cerebal tissue in rat after cerebral ischemia, and to explore the correlation among them. Method Rats were divided to control group and ischemia group, and the NO, EAA and MDA levels of cerebral tissue were determined by liquid chromatography(LC) or nitrate reductase. Results The EAA level of ischemia rat is significantly higher than that of the control group especially the aminoglutaric acid level(P< 0.01). And both the NO level and MDA level in the ischemia group are also higher than that in the control group(P< 0.01). Conclusion All levels of the NO, EAA and MDA of the cerebal tissues are significantly increased after cerebral ischemia, resulted in cerebral tissue damage. NO, EAA and MDA may accelerate each other.
