| 摘 要： | 目的 对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）产生的血栓，运用彩色多普勒超声定期随访可旱期发现及时处理的意义。方法 186例置入PICC导管患者中，彩色多普勒超声定期随访24例，其余162例待出现明显不适症状时，才行多普勒超声检查。结果 随访组24例中，由于及时发现、及时处理，无一例因血栓形成所致的严重并发症；162例中，有6例因血栓发现晚，给临床溶栓带来难度，被迫采用拔管处理。结论 对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC），采用彩色多普勒超声定期随访，能旱期发现血栓形成并及时处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the application of Color Doppler Sonography in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis after PICC.Methods Among 186 patients with PICC placement,24 patients received regular follow-up by Color Doppler Sonography while the rest didn't.Results None of the 24 patients had serious complication caused by thrombosis because thrombosis can be found and treated in time with regular follow-up by Color Doppler Sonography.Among the 162 patients,6 patients had serious thrombosis and received the treatment of PICC displacement because their thrombosis was found so late that it was difficult to apply thrombolytic therapy.Conclusion Thrombosis after PICC can be found in its early stage and treated in time by using Color Doppler Sonography. |
