| 摘 要： | 采用小鼠热板镇痛、小鼠扭体镇痛、小鼠毛细血管通透性、小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀、大鼠慢性肉芽肿等方法。对中药复方制剂乌木胶囊进行了镇痛抗炎药理作用评价。结果表明乌木胶囊确有镇痛抗炎的药理作用，但其镇痛作用不如西药非甾体抗炎药酮洛芬，其抗急慢性炎症作用优于酮洛芬。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Wumu capsule.Methods:The method that hot plate analgesia in mice,mice writhing analgesia,capillary permeability in mice,mice ear swelling induced by xylene and Chronic granulomatous in rat were used in this study.Results: and conclusion: The Wumu capsule do have the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.However,its analgesic effect is weaker than ketoprofen(NSAIDs),while its anti-inflammatory effect is much more than ketoprofen. |
