| 摘 要： | 目的：调查报告角膜移植病人的流行病学状况。方法：根据角膜移植术适应标准选择１８２例病人进行手术治疗，并分析角膜移植病人的流行病学状况。结果：目前角膜移植术适应症主要以感染性角膜病为主，约占６５．４％，其中病毒性角膜炎占７５．６％，年龄分布以中青年为主，职业以农民等体力劳动者为主。结论：角膜移植术是治疗角膜病一种有效手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate and analyze the epidemiology of Keratoplasty.Methods:182 cases were selected for keratoplasty after meeting specific criteria.Reults:Retrospective analysis of the results showed that the first indication for keratoplasty was infections corneal disease(65 4%).Within this group 75 6% was viral corneal disease.The main age distribution was middle age.Farmer was the main job distribution,Conclusion:Keratoplasty is an effective means to treat corneal disease. |
