| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨小瞳孔下白内障超声乳化吸除术中应用虹膜拉钩的手术技巧、手术效果及可行性。方法 :对 3 1例 (3 1眼 )小瞳孔的白内障患者行超声乳化吸除术联合人工晶体植入术 ,术中均使用虹膜拉钩扩大瞳孔 ,术后随访 3～ 1 2月。结果 :术后 3 0眼 (96.7% )瞳孔恢复圆形 ,1眼 (3 .3 % )呈不规则圆形 ;2 9眼 (94% ) ,视力不同程度的提高 ,未出现严重并发症。结论 :小瞳孔下白内障采用虹膜拉钩手术方法 ,术后可获得良好视力和圆瞳孔 ,而无严重并发症 ,是一种较安全的手术方式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the surgical management, effect and feasibility of the use of iris hooks in small pupil phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Method: 31 cases (31 eyes) underwent small pupil phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The pupils were dilated by iris hooks. Result: The pupils restored to circle after surgery in 30 cases (96.7%) and irregular circle in 1 case (3.3%); vision was improved to different degrees in 29 cases (94%). There were no severe complications. Conclusion: This surgical method is safe and fit for small pupil cataract extraction. The patients can obtain good vision and round pupil after operation. |
