舒肝活血化痰方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠血清瘦素、胰岛素抵抗指数的影响

摘    要:目的探讨舒肝活血化痰方对非酒精脂肪性肝炎大鼠胰岛素抵抗(IR)的作用。方法采用高脂饮食复制高脂血症脂肪性肝炎大鼠模型,用舒肝活血化痰方治疗,以东宝肝泰作对照,观察其对模型大鼠肝功能、血脂、肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量、血清瘦素(LEP)和胰岛素抵抗指数(FIRI)的影响。结果舒肝活血化痰方显著改善肝功能(P<0.01或P<0.05),降低血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),同时升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),并有显著降低肝组织Hyp含量(P<0.05)及血清LEP、FIRI(P<0.01或P<0.05)的作用。结论舒肝活血化痰方可能通过改善LEP及FIRI,抑制肝脏的脂肪贮积、减轻肝损伤和阻止脂肪性肝纤维化的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Shugan Huoxue Huatan Decoction (SHHD) on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) of rats. Methods 32 SD male rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups:normal group, model group, Dongbao Gantai (DBG) group, SHHD group. NASH model was induced by hyperlipid diet. General condition and pathological changes of liver tissues were observed. Liver function, blood lipids, liver tissue Hyp and serum LEP were dectected. Fasting insulin resistance index (FIRI) was evaluated according to the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and fasting serum insulin (FINS). Results Compared with model group, SHHD had the effects of improving liver function and blood lipids, decreasing liver tissue Hyp, LEP and FIRI siginificantly. Conclusion Inhibiting leptin and insulin resistances, enhancing the lipid metabolism are probably the main mechanisms of SHHD in preventing and treating NASH.
