| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨直肠癌永久性结肠造口的综合护理措施。方法：对患者实施心理观察与护理、造口护理、饮食指导。结果：患者接受并掌握了结肠造口知识及护理方法。结论：提高永久性结肠造口患者的生活质量,做好围手术期护理是关键。
