| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究帕金森病 (PD)患者认知功能损害。方法 :选取PD患者进行临床痴呆评分与简易智能测定 ,按照其结果将PD患者分为认知障碍组与认知正常组 ,分别进行事件相关电位检测 ,进行比较。结果 :PD认知正常组较正常对照组N2 、P3潜伏期延长 ,PD认知障碍组较PD认知正常组P3潜伏期延长。PD患者P3潜伏期与MMSE呈负相关 (r=- 0 41 5)。结论 :PD患者P3潜伏期延长 ,P3、MMSE均可反映PD患者的认知状况

| Abstract: | Aim:To explore whether patients with PD have some damage in cognitive ability. Methods:We use Clinical Dementia Rating Scale and Mini Mental Examination to devide the PD patients into two groups: one is PD patients with cognitive impairment, the other is PD patients with normal cognition. To detect the PD patients event related potential and make a compare with the controls. Results: There is a negative correlation between P 3 latency and MMSE score. Conclusion:P 3 can also reflect the cognitive situation in PD patients together with MMSE. |
