重庆地区高血压患者并发焦虑抑郁的相关性因素调查

目的:观察重庆市高血压患者中焦虑抑郁的发生情况及焦虑抑郁的相关因素。方法:对重庆市的536例高血压患者进行随机整群抽样调查,填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),并进行统计学分析。结果:高血压患者的焦虑与抑郁的发生率显著高于对照组,量表评分显著高于对照组和国内常模。女性、脑力劳动者、分居、离异或丧偶者,业余不参加体育锻炼者,3级高血压患者的SAS评分更高。逐步回归分析显示,收缩压、性别、劳动类型、体育锻炼情况与焦虑抑郁相关。结论:重庆地区高血压患者并发焦虑抑郁的情况严重,且与多种因素相关。

Investigation on the incidence and correlation of patients with hypertension incorporate with anxiety or/and depression in Chongqing

Objective:To observe the epidemiological incidence and correlation factor of anxiety or/and depression in patients with hypertension in Chongqing.Method:The data of self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)involved 536 cases of hypertension and 100 normotensive subject served as control were evaluated by our investigation team.Result:The scores of SAS and SDS were increased in patients with hypertension,especially in patients with female gender,mental labour,separation,divorce or loss apouse,not takeing part in physical labor in spare time,compared with those in control.Stepwise regression analysis indicated that anxiety and depression were correlated to gender,systolic pressure,vocation,taking part in physical labor in spare time.Conclusion:Patients with hypertension in Chongqing were accompanied with anxiety or/and depression which were associated with various factors including in gender,serious hypertension,mental labour,divorce or loss spouse.
