定量分析的显微医学图像的获取条件

摘    要:目的 本文阐述了医学图像的来源和定量分析。并着重对进行光密度定量的显微医学图像的获取条件加以讨论。方法 用显微镜通过CCD获取显微医学图像,采用光密度参数进行分析。结果 光密度定量需借助分割图从原始图上测量,但获取原始图时由于光路、视场光分布等问题使对光密度参数定量时产生误差。结论 为使唤显微医学图像定量的结果更加可靠、准确,在图像获取时应注意下列问题。保持光路的稳定,消除显微镜视场光强度分布的不均匀-阴影校正等。

Abstract:Objective In the present study the source and quantitative analysis of medical images and the acquisition conditions of the quantitative analysis of optical density have been discussed. Methods Acquisition of medical images were performed by means of CCD under microscope. Optical density was taken as the parameter of analysis. Results Quantitative measurement optical density is to be conducted by way of segmenting the original image. Owing to problems in the optical path and light distribution of the visual field deviation may occur in the detection of optical density when original image is acquired. Conclusion In order to achieve more reliable and accurate results of the quantitative analysis of micro-medical images, some points should be taken into consideration, when the acquisition of images was performed, including keeping stable light path, dispelling uneven light distribution of microscopic scope (shading correction), etc.
