有机磷中毒迟发性周围神经病临床及电生理分析

目的分析有机磷农药中毒迟发性周围神经病临床及电生理特点,为早期诊断及判断预后提供依据。方法 对确诊的32例患者行肌电图和神经传导速度检测。结果 32例均为急性有机磷农药中毒经治愈出院后发生迟发性周围神经病患者,平均潜伏期18d。肢体远端无力32例,肌萎缩31例。32例肌电图均呈神经源性损害。运动神经传导速度(MCV)减慢29例,感觉神经传导速度(SCV)减慢4例。结论有机磷农药中毒迟发性周围神经病是一种以轴索病变为主的周围运动神经病。中毒轻、中、重度均可发病,但中毒的程度越重,预后越差。

Clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of delayed peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus intoxication

Objective To analyse clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of delayed peripheral neuropathty caused by organophosphorus intoxication,so that give some support to early diagnosis and prognosis judgement clinically. Methods The 32 patients were confirmed organophosphate-induced delayed polyneuropathy(OPIDP) by electromyography. Results The 32 patients with delayed peripheral neuropathy were all discharged from hospital after having been cured from acute organophosphorus intoxication. The average incubation period of the patients was 18days. Distal lower extremities weakness was in 32 cases, amyotraphy in 31 cases. All 32 cases was showed neuropthic pattern by the EMG. MCV reducing was in 29 cases, sensory conducting velocity reducing was in 4 cases.Conclusion Delayed peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus intoxication may represent mainly motor peripheral neuropathy.All poisoning patients was likely to be OPIDP. The severer poising the patients were, the poorer prognosis would be.
