163例出生缺陷原因及干预措施的分析

目的分析出生缺陷发生原因及干预措施。方法1991～2007年16年间本院出生缺陷儿163例,对产妇年龄、居住地区、文化程度、不良嗜好、不良孕产史5个方面进行统计并分析。结果163例中产妇年龄:20～30岁121例,30～40岁40例,40～50岁2例;农村33例,城市130例;文化程度:小学20例,初中83例,大学以上60例;产妇不良嗜好7例,占4%;不良孕产史31例,占19%。结论通过出生缺陷原因分析,强调加强优生优育宣教和孕期保健、出生缺陷的早期诊断和治疗是降低出生缺陷发生、提高生存质量的重要措施。

Analysis of causes and intervention measures of 163 cases of birth defects

Objective To analyze the causes and intervention measures of birth defects.Methods A total of 163 puerperas with birth defects of neonates from 1991 to 2007 were investigated in respect of age of puerpera,living places,educational level,bad hobby and abnormal pregnancy history.Results As for age of puerpera,121 cases were aged between 20 and 30,40 cases between 30 and 40,2 cases between 40 and 50.Of whom,33 lived in rural area,130 in urban area;as for educational level,23 received primary level education,83 middle school education,and 60 higher education(college or above);7(4%)had bad hobby and 31(19%)had abnormal pregnancy history.Conclusion Probing into the causes of birth defects,emphasizing popularization of prepotency knowledge and antenatal care,early diagnosis and treatment of birth defects are important measures for the reduction of the incidence of birth defects and enhancement of the survival quality.
