2012年嘉兴市男男性接触者艾滋病知识及高危行为调查

目的：了解男男性接触者（MSM）人群艾滋病性病相关知识知晓情况及危险行为现状,为艾滋病性病流行提供早期预警。方法：在对象知情同意的前提下,疾控中心专业人员对MSM人群进行当面的问卷调查及采血样检测,收集相关信息。结果：本次调查收集MSM有效问卷181份,平均年龄29.87±8.038岁;艾滋病相关知识知晓率90.54%;最近6个月有140例MSM发生过性行为,其中同性性行为103例（56.91%）,每次坚持使用安全套率47.31%;异性性行为37例（20.44%）,每次坚持使用安全套率45.95%;所有调查对象中同时存在同性和异性性行为的有42例。本次检测147例MSM艾滋病病毒（HIV）和梅毒感染率均为7.48%,丙肝为0.68%。结论：调查发现MSM艾滋病相关知识知晓率虽然较高,但高危性行为仍普遍存在。需继续加强对该人群的监测,并采取有效的综合干预措施,降低艾滋病新发感染率。

AIDS-related knowledge and risk behavior of MSM in Jiaxing City in 2012

Objective To explore the current situation of AIDS-related knowledge and risk behavior of MSM,for providing aprecaution in AIDS control and prevention.Methods Questionnaires and blood sample testing were used in this study.Results A hundred and eighty-one questionnaires were collected,and the mean ages were 29.87± 8.038years.The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 90.54%.A hundred and forty cases of MSM had sex in recent 6months,including 103homosexual cases and 37heterosexual cases.And the condom use rates were 47.31%and45.95%,respectively.There were 42cases in all the samples who had bisexual sex.HIV and syphilis infection rates were both 7.48%,HCV 0.68%.Conclusions Although people are highly aware of AIDS-related knowledge in MSM,non-protective sex still widely exists.Comprehensive interventions are needed to reduce new infections of AIDS.
