| 摘 要： | 2013年3月15日起,仪征市所有二级以上公立医院同步实施新医药价格改革。将医院补偿由医疗服务收费、药品加成收入和政府补助三个渠道改为医疗服务收费和政府补助两个渠道;破除公立医院＂以药养医＂机制,建立新型医疗服务价格定价机制和管理机制;健全医疗服务补偿机制,缓解医疗服务价格结构性矛盾,有效遏制医药费用增长,促进公立医院健康良性发展。

| Abstract: | Since March 15th,2013all public hospitals above grade two implemented new pharmaceutical price reform in Yizheng City.The hospital compensation has been changed to the medical service charge and government subsidies instead of the medical service charge,drug addition income and government subsidies.The mechanism of ＂ medical service supported by drug income＂ has been broken to establish a new type of medical service pricing mechanism and management mechanism,which help to improve the compensation mechanism for medical services,alleviate structural contradictions in medical service price,stem medical expenses growth effectively,and promote the benign development of public hospital. |
