胸外科手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的循证护理

目的：总结分析胸外科手术全麻苏醒期躁动的循证护理。方法：将120例胸外科手术患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组60例采取传统的护理模式,实验组60例在传统的护理模式的基础上给予循证护理,并对两种护理模式产生的不同效果进行对比分析。结果：实验组60例胸外科手术患者苏醒期躁动的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,同时对照组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）基础值与苏醒期比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,实验组SBP、DBP、HR基础值与苏醒期比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：在胸外科手术全麻苏醒期躁动护理工作中,运用循证护理的方法,采取相应的预防措施,可以弥补传统的护理模式不足,提高手术室护理的预见性和科学性。

Evidence--based nursing of operation agitation during the recovery period after general anesthesia in department of thoracic surgery

Objective To sum up the evidence-based nursing of operation agitation during the recovery period after general anesthesia in department of thoracic surgery.Methods A hundred and twenty patients undergoing thoracic surgery were randomized into experimental and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group took the traditional nursing mode,while the experimental group had evidence-based nursing based on traditional nursing mode.Different effects produced by the two kinds of nursing modes were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of operation agitation in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,heart rate（HR）basic values in the control group had significant difference compared with the period of awakening（P〈0.05）,while SBP,DBP,HR basic value in the experimental group had no significant difference compared with the period of awakening（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing with appropriate preventive measures for operation agitation in the department of thoracic surgery can make up for the deficiency of the traditional nursing mode,improve predictability and scientificalness in operation room.
