优质护理服务病房护士职业倦怠与心理契约的相关性分析

目的：探讨优质护理服务病房的护士职业倦怠与其心理契约的相关性。方法：采用职业倦怠量表和心理契约量表对浙江省某医院优质护理服务病房的护士进行问卷调查,并与普通病房护士作对照。结果：①优质护理组职业倦怠量表中的情绪衰竭（EE）和去个性化（DP）评分以及心理契约量表中的发展机会评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;优质护理组职业倦怠量表中的个人成就感丧失（PA）评分以及心理契约量表中的物质激励、环境支持评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②优质护理组心理契约量表中的物质激励和环境支持与职业倦怠量表中各维度评分均显著负相关（P〈0.05）;对照组中心理契约量表中的物质激励与职业倦怠量表中的各维度得分均显著负相关（P〈0.05）。结论：优质护理服务病房护士虽将开展优质护理服务视为发展机会,并具有一定的成就感,然而医院物质激励和环境支持责任履行程度不高,严重影响其职业倦怠水平。

Correlation analysis of occupation burnout and psychological contract in the quality care ward nurses

Objective To know about the relationship between occupation burnout and psychological contract in the quality care ward nurses.Methods Sixty-eight nurses in the quality care ward and 70nurses in the general ward were questionnaired by occupation burnout scale and psychological contract.Results There was significant difference in the scale of occupation burnout and psychological contract between the quality care group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of material encouragement and support environment were negatively correlated with each dimension scores of occupation burnout in the quality care group（P〈0.05）.The scores of material encouragement were negatively correlated with each dimension scores of occupation burnout in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The nurses believed that quality care was a good opportunity for their development,but material encouragement and support environment were not fulfilled in hospitals which seriously affected nurses＇ occupation burnout.
