个体化护理对胰腺癌患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响

目的：对个体化护理方案改善胰腺癌患者负面情绪及生活质量的情况进行探讨。方法：选择2012年2月-2014年2月收治的100例胰腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机抽样分为观察组及对照组各50例。观察组及对照组分别采用个体化护理及常规护理并在患者入院及出院时对其焦虑、抑郁及生活质量进行评估。结果：在负面情绪方面,对照组较干预前无明显变化,而观察组焦虑及抑郁评分均有明显下降,并且两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在生活质量上,虽然两组患者在干预过后生活质量评分都有了改善,但是观察组的改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：个体化护理方案能改善胰腺癌患者负面情绪并且可提高生活质量。

Impact of individualized nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in pancreatic cancer patients

Objective To study the impact of individualized nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in pancreatic cancer patients.Methods A hundred pancreatic patients admitted to Kaihua People＇s Hospital from February 2012to February 2014were selected as research subjects,and they were randomized into observation group（n=50）and control group（n=50）.The control group was treated with conventional nursing while the observation group was treated with individualized nursing.Anxiety,depression and quality of life in patients were assessed before and after discharge.Results As for negative emotions,there were no significant differences between two groups but the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly decreased and there Were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.As for quality of life,although the scores of both groups of patients had improved after intervention,the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Individualized nursing care can improve the negative emotions and the quality of life of pancreatic cancer patients.
