摘    要:目的 探讨微小按蚊为媒介的基本消灭疟疾地区疟疾监测方法及效果。方法 采用寄生虫学、血清学和昆虫学综合方法,在广西10个县的微小按蚊分布区进行疟疾监测,“三热”病人年血检率在2%以上。结果 10个县先后经7年监测,血检率>2%的县7年未查出本地感染的疟疾病例;血检率>3%的县在监测的第1~2年、血检率>4%的第1年和血检率>5%第2年的年带虫发病率分别为0.00052%、0.00059%、0.00114%和0.00015%,其余各年均为0;血检率>7%的县,年带虫发病率从第1年的0.00130%降至第7年的0.00062%。结论 建立健全监测机构,突出监测重点,落实监测措施,加强监测效果考核,提高监测工作质量,可以巩固基本消灭疟疾成果。

Abstract:Objective To study the method and result of malaria surveillance in the areas where Anopheles minimus was major vec-tor and malaria was basically eliminated. Methods Malaria surveillance has been done in the areas with An. minimus distributing (including ten counties in Guangxi), by using the methods of parasitology, insectology, serology. The results have been shown that the cases with clinical and suspected malaria and fever of unknown cause, the annual blood examination rate was more than 2%. Results During seven years surveillance, throughout ten counties, we haven't found out a malaria case in these areas with blood cx-amination rate over 2% ; In the first year to the second year, the counties in which blood examination rate was over 3% , the counties with blood exanimation rate was over 4% in the first year and the counties with blood examination rate was over 5% in the second year. the annual incident of this disease with parasite rate were 0. 052(?), 0. 059(?), 0. 114(?) and 0. 015(?) respectively. The rest of each years was zero. The counties with blood exanimation more than 7% , the annual incidence of this disease was below 0. 0130(?) to 0. 062(?)from the first year to the second year. Conclusion In order to consolidate malaria contorl achievement, malaria surveillance institutions should be established, surveillance work should be strergthened more efficiently, and surveillance quality should be further improved.
