| 摘 要： | 目的:测定芩银注射液的体外抗菌活性.方法:以液体培养基对倍稀释法测定芩银注射液及相关单味药对痢疾杆菌、大肠埃希菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC).结果:芩银注射液及相关单味药对痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑制和杀灭作用,芩银注射液对痢疾杆菌和大肠埃希菌的MIC、MBC均为1.56 mg•mL 1.结论:芩银注射液的抑菌和杀菌作用强于其相关单味药,处方合理,佐证了该药治疗痢疾杆菌和大肠埃希菌性腹泻的效果.

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the in vitro inhibitory effects of Qinyin injection on dysentery bacillus and escherichia coli. Method:By means of doubling dilution method in broth in vitro, the MICs and MBCs of Qinyin injection and its related individual components against dysentery bacillus and escherichia coli were measured. Results: Qinyin injection and its individual components exhibited inhibitory or bactericidal effects on dysentery bacillus and escherichia coli. Conclusion: Qinyin injection had stronger inhibitory effects on bacteria than its individual components. |
