| 摘 要： | 目的对某海岛旅游区一起溶藻弧菌食物中毒进行凋查分析，为该类食物中毒处理、防治提供参考。方法对该起食物中毒进行现场卫生学调查、流行病学调查、实验室检验和情景模拟实验，通过统计学处理和病例对照分析，找出中毒原因并提出防治对策。结果综合现场卫生学调查、流行病学调查、实验室检验以及模拟实验结果，确定该起食物中毒为一起溶藻弧菌食物中毒，中毒原因可能为食物加工温度不足。结论溶藻弧菌与副溶血性弧菌生物特性相似，以往各地对溶藻弧菌食物中毒报道很少，相关部门应加强对该类食物中毒的鉴别和研究，做好该类食物中毒的防治工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide reference for prevention and control of food poisoning by investigating one food poisoning event caused by vibrioalginolyticus in certain island tourism spot.Methods Spot hygienic and epidemiological investigation,laboratory examination and situational simulated experiment were used to find out the cause of food poisoning and the way of prevention.Results This event was caused by vibrioalginolyticus of insufficient processing temperature confirmed with the results of spot hygienic investigation,epidemiological investigation,laboratory examination and situational simulated experiment comprehensively.Conclusion Vibrioalginolyticus has similar biological features with vibrio parahaemolyticus.There are few reports on food poisoning caused by vibrioalginolyticus.The related departments should strengthen identification and research on this kind of food poisoning and carry out effective prevention measures. |
