| 摘 要： | 论述了医院药学部门面临的问题及解决对策,指出应对医院药学重新定位,改革门诊药房的工作模式,设立OTC药房和病区卫星药房,改革医院制剂,发挥计算机联网的优势,注意人才培养,加快药学发展,开展临床药学工作。还就医院药事管理对卫生行政主管部门提出了相应的希望和建议。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the problems faced by the pharmacy departments in urban hospitals and the strategy of solutions, it points out that the pharmacy departments in hospitals should be repositioned, the working model of outpatient pharmacy should be reformed, OTC pharmacy and satellite pharmacies in ward sections be established. Hospital preparations be reformed, the strong points of computerized network be played, to pay attention to talent training, to speed up the development of pharmacy, to conduct clinical pharmacy activities. It also makes corresponding hopes and suggestions on drug affairs management in hospitals towards health administrative sectors. |
