细胞凋亡在急性胰腺炎发病中的作用及川芎嗪对其影响

目的:探讨细胞凋亡在急性胰腺炎发病机制中的作用,了解川芎嗪在急性胰腺炎中对细胞凋亡的影响.方法:经十二指肠胆胰管逆行加压注射5%牛磺胆酸钠,诱导大鼠胰腺炎模型并建立对照组、治疗组,通过病理评分和TUNEL法检测三组胰腺组织的病理形态和胰腺细胞的凋亡指数.结果:胰腺炎在早期以细胞凋亡为主,病变程度轻;晚期以细胞坏死为主,病变程度重;诱导细胞凋亡有利于胰腺炎的预后.川芎嗪可促进AP胰腺腺泡细胞的凋亡.结论:通过诱导细胞凋亡可以减轻胰腺炎的病变程度,但具有一定的时间性.川芎嗪具有活血化瘀、抗血小板凝血、扩张小动脉、疏通微循环的作用,可通过促进AP腺泡细胞凋亡而改善AP的病理进程.

Role of Apoptosis in Pathogenesis of Acute Pancreatitis and Effect of Ligustrazin

Objective To explore the role of apoptosis in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis(AP);to investigate the effect of ligustrazin(LGT) in acute pancreatitis on apoptosis Methods The model of AP was induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into biliopancreatic duct in rats.One hundred and fifty rat model of AP were divided into 3 groups;Sham operation group,pancreatitis group and treatment (by liqustrazin) group.Pathologic judgement and apoptosis indices were determined for the 3 groups and compared and analyzed.Results At the early stage of AP,cell apoptosis made up for major,the pathologic changes of AP were mild,at the late stage of AP,cell necrosis made up for major,the pathologic changes of AP were severe,showing the effect of ligustrazin an promoting pancreatic cell apoptosis. Conclusion Through induction of cell apoptosis the condition of AP can be favored,but the time is limited.Ligustrazin is a powerful anticoagulant,it also can distend small arteries and improve microcirculation.It can relieve the pathobiologic processes of acute pancreatitis through promoting pancreatic cell apoptosis.
