摘    要:细胞色素P4502D6(CYP2D6)第2703-5位AAG缺失造成表达产物第281位赖氨酸缺失的等位基因称为CYP2D6C.利用等位基因特异扩增法(ASA)原理,建立了ASA-PCR测定CYP2D6的方法.经396例测定,说明本法快捷,污染少.测定结果显示CYP2D6C不属于CYP2D6酶缺陷等位基因,表型仍为快代谢.

Abstract:An allele specific amplification based PCR method was built up for the detection of CYP2D6C allele which is a 2703 5 AAG deletion on CYP2D6 gene and results in a 281 position lysine deletion. This method was employed to genotyping 396 subjects and proved to be simple, quick, accurate and less contamination. The results show that the CYP2D6C was not an enzyme deficient allele.
