Abstract: | Correct positioning of a stent at an ostial lesion can be difficult due to poor visualisation once the guide is backed out of the artery to allow deployment. This case report illustrates a technique whereby the simultaneous use of a diagnostic catheter allows optimal visualisation of stent position, whilst maintaining a stable guide position well away from the stent.
