Abstract: | A 25-year-old Japanese woman was admitted due to acute inferior myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography showed complete occlusion of the proximal right coronary artery and vague calcification distal to the complete occlusion. Using ultrafast computed tomography, two coronary artery aneurysms in the right coronary artery that could not be detected by coronary angiography were visualized. Cathet. Cardiovasc.
