| 摘 要： | 当前我国医疗执业环境不断恶化。本文从我国医务人员执业环境的现状出发,论述了如何加快医疗体制改革、加大财政保障机制,完善医疗纠纷处理机制,构建宽松的监管、舆论环境,尊重医务人员和关心医务人员身心健康等几个方面来营造和谐医疗执业环境,促进卫生事业健康发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the contemporary condition of professional environment of medical treatment,this paper intents to harmonize the medical relations and promote the development of medical career.Some suggestions are put forward as follows.Accelerate the reform of medical institutions,consummate the medical security system,improve the medical ordination system,and construct relative institutions to protect the dignity of medical employees,and supervise their operation more effectively. |
