莫沙必利加百忧解治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的观察莫沙必利加百忧解治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法对60例FD患者随机分为治疗组30例，对照组30例。两组患者均给予莫沙必利治疗，治疗组加用百忧解治疗。结果两组患者治疗4周后，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论莫沙必利与百忧解联合使用，可提高治疗FD的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Mosapride and Prozac in Treating Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the effect of mosapride and prozac in treating functional dyspepsia. Methods The patients were ran- domly assigned in therapy group（30 cases）and in control group（30 cases）. Both were given mosapride,patients in therapy group were given prozac as well. Results After 4 weeks treating,the effect of therapy group was obviously better than that of control group. The clinical differences had statistical significance（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Jointly using mosapride and prozac can improve the effect of treating FD,and it is worth promoting the application in clinic.
