艾迪注射液联合肝动脉介入治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

目的评价经肝动脉化疗栓塞联合艾迪注射液治疗原发肝癌(heptocelluarcarcino ma,HCC)患者的近期疗效、细胞免疫功能、生活质量和毒性反应。方法采用TACE+艾迪治疗HCC36例,与常规TACE治疗29例HCC各2个周期,进行了近期疗效、细胞免疫功能、生活质量、及毒性反应的随机对照研究。结果TACE+艾迪注射液治疗的HCC患者,细胞免疫功能提高,其中NK细胞升高明显,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。TACE+艾迪组有效率为30.6%(11/36),TACE组为24.1%(7/29),两组之间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。TACE+艾迪组患者生活质量(KPS评分)明显提高,化疗毒副反应减轻,与TACE组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论艾迪注射液配合局部介入治疗,能增强HCC患者的细胞免疫功能,稳定病情,改善症状,提高生存质量。

Clinical study on transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and AD pro injection in treatment of primary heptocellular carcinoma

OBJECTIVE:The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect, the cell immunology, quality of life, toxicity of bone narrow with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and AD pro injection in the treatment of HCC. METHODS:Twenty-nine advanced primary HCC were treated with TACE only, 36 with TACE and AD pro injection. T Cells, NK cells, clinical effect, and toxicity of bone narrow were studied and compared between the two groups. RESULTS: The effective rate of TACE+AD group was 30.6%(11/36) while that of the TACE group 24.1%(7/29), with no significant difference,P>0.05.There were significant differences in the raise of subgroup T lymphocytes, NK cells and Karnofsky score (KPS ) between the TACE+AD group and TACE group,P<0.05.CONCLUSION: The TACE +AD group had lower toxicity of bone narrow. In conclusion, AD pro injection with interventional TACE can improve the cell immunology, detoxify the side effect of chemotherapy and promote the life quality of HCC.
