| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑脂肪栓塞（CFE）的特征性影像学表现。方法：回顾性分析7例CFE患者的CT和MRI资料。结果：7例外伤后第1天颅脑CT检查均未发现病灶，1例伤后第4天颅脑CT检查显示脑内多发边界不清低密度灶。6例伤后第1天颅脑MRI检查显示脑内多发等T1、长T2信号病灶，于DWI上呈均一高信号。CFE病灶主要位于两侧半卵圆中心、基底节-丘脑区、两侧额、顶、枕叶皮层和皮层下区；病灶常多发，对称分布，呈细小点状或小片状，分布密集。结论：CFE的影像表现具有一定的特征性，结合病史可早期做出诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the manifestations of cerebral fat embolism(CFE) on CT and MRI.Methods: Imaging data on CT and MRI of 7 cases with CFE were analysed retrospectively.Results: Brain CT scans of 7 cases showed no abnormalities in the first day after injuring,brain CT scan of 1 case showed multiple low density lesions with obscure boundary four days after injuring.Brain MRI scans of 6 cases found multiple equal T1signal,high T2signal,hyperintense signal on DWI one day after injuring.CFE lesions were in b... |
