| 摘 要： | 目的：对中药艾叶的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和HPLC制备色谱和重结晶方法分离纯化得到单体化合物，采用有机波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果：从艾叶乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到6个化合物，分别鉴定为（1）5，7，3’-三羟基-3，6，4’-三甲氧基黄酮醇（矢车菊黄素）；（2）5，3’-二羟基-3，6,7，4’-四甲氧基黄酮醇（紫花牡荆素）；（3）5，7-二羟基-6，3’，4’-三甲氧基黄酮（异泽兰黄素）；（4）5，7，4’-三羟基-6，3’-二甲氧基黄酮（棕矢车菊素）；（5）东莨菪内酯；（6）对羟基苯甲醛。结论：化合物1～2和5～6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
