| 摘 要： | 目的:研究椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗不伴有脊髓损伤腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:对78例进行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的不伴有脊髓损伤腰椎骨折患者的临床资料进行分析,观察手术前后腰椎恢复情况、应激反应蛋白恢复天数,并与对照组进行比较。结果:患者Cobb角在正位片、侧位片以及上下终板成角分别进行治疗前后相比、治疗后5个月和1.5年相比,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。椎体前缘高度治疗后与对照组相比,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),应激反应蛋白于术后1个月恢复。结论:椎弓根螺钉内固定能够对不伴有脊髓损伤的腰椎骨折进行有效的治疗。
