固体硅胶隆鼻术假体植入层次的应用研究进展

通过近五年有关隆鼻术硅胶假体植入层次的文献回顾，归纳出以下两点：１．假体植入鼻背皮下的方法术后并发症较多，不宜采用；２假体植入层次以较深为宜，但究系于鼻骨膜下还是鼻背筋膜下，目前尚有争议，有待进一步研究探讨。

Advances in the layer of depth of silastic implants in augmentation rhinoplasty

By reviewing the literatures about the layer ofdepth of silastic implants in augmentation rhinoplasty published during recent five years,we present here the status of knowledge about this prob- lem:1.There are many postoperative complications if silastic implants are inserted subcutaneously,so it's not a good method to be used.2.Silastic implants shoud be inserted deeply.But there's still disputation on whether a subperiosteal or subfascial is better.It's worth researching.
