| Abstract: | The work described in this paper arose from a clinical observation that Saudi Arabian patients treated with haloperidol appeared to suffer extrapyramidal side effects - particularly acute dystonic reactions, more frequently than European patients. It was decided to study sequential drug free patients requiring haloperidol treatment and the results are presented. |
