利津县1998～2004年食物中毒资料分析

[目的]探讨食物中毒的发生规律和特点，为食物中毒的预防和控制提供依据。[方法]收集利津县境内1998年1月至2004年6月报告的食物中毒的档案资料、现场调查资料和实验室检验资料，分类整理，采用SASv 8统计分析软件，率的标化按照山东省2000年人口普查资料。[结果]中毒起数16起，中毒人数578人，死亡2人，年报告发病率36．38／10万，标化报告发病率41．84／10万，病死率0．35％，报告死亡率0．69／10万。其中男性327人、女性251人，男；女=1．30：1，年龄5～64岁，以15～19岁学生最常见。细菌性9起、500人，化学性4起、31人。有毒动植物3起、47人。[结论]食物中毒原因多、危害严重，加大食品卫生知识的宣传覆盖面，规范食品从业人员的操作，加强卫生监督力度等是控制食物中毒发生的主要措施。

Data Analysis on Food Poisoning in Lijin County from 1998 to 2004

[Objective]To explore the characteristics of food poisoning in Lijin county,in order to provide scientific basis for its control and prevention.[Methods]To analyze the data of food poisoning,spot investigation,and lab test in Lijin county during 1998-2004 with SASv 8 software.The standardized incidence had been computed by the census population data of Shandong province in 2000.[Results]The number of food poisoning cases was 578 from 16 outbreaks,and higher in male(327) than in female(251),and died 2 peoples.The incidence was 3.638 per million and the standardized incidence was 4.184 per million according to annual reports.The case fatality rate was 0.35% and the annual mortality rate was 0.069 per million.The case ages distributed from 5 to 64 years old,and the ages ranged from 15 to 19 covered the most cases.9 outbreaks and 500 cases arised by the bacterium,4 outbreaks and 31 cases arised by the chemical materials,3 outbreaks and 47 cases arised by the poisonous animal or plant.[Conclusion]The risk factors of food poisoning outbreak was many and dangerous,so it was very important to strengthen the supervision and health education.
