早孕期不同类型胎儿静脉导管频谱波型与胎儿生长发育及预后的关系

目的: 探讨早孕期不同类型胎儿静脉导管频谱波型与胎儿生长发育及预后的关系。方法: 选择100例孕妇作为研究对象, 监测静脉导管血流频谱, 根据胎儿静脉导管血流将不同频谱波型分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 3型。分析不同频谱波型与先天性疾病和生长发育的关系。结果: Ⅲ型波型胎儿可能有先天性疾病, 诊断率为6/7, 特异度97.8%;Ⅱ型波型主要在头臂长≤60 cm的胎儿中多见。结论: 早孕期的静脉导管波型可以作为胎儿生长发育情况的判断标准之一 。

The relationships between the different spectrum wave types of early pregnancy fetal venous catheter,and fetal growth and prognosis

Objective:To investigate the relationships between the different spectrum wave types of early pregnancy fetal venous catheter,and fetal growth and prognosis. Methods:The blood flow spectrum of venous catheter in 100 fetuses were monitored. The different spectrum wave types were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ type according to the blood flow of venous catheter. The relationships between the different spectrum wave types,and congenital diseases and fetal growth were analyzed. Results:The fetus with typeⅢwave may have congenital disease,the sensitivity and specificity of which were 85. 7% and 98. 90%,respectively. The type Ⅱ was more common in the fetus with less than or equal to 60 cm of brachiocephalic length. Conclusions:The wave types of venous catheter in early pregnancy period can be used one of the standard in judging the growth and development of fetus.
